Description of the job

An internship in reward, corporate compensation and benefits (m/f) has arisen within Airbus Commercial Aircraft in Blagnac.

You will join the Airbus Corporate Compensation and Benefits (HBC) department, which is designing and deploying group remuneration schemes & policies such as ESOP (Employee Share Ownership Plan), Long Term Incentives, Success Sharing. How Airbus compensates and rewards employees is crucial. Airbus focuses on aligning its compensation and benefits strategy to its business objectives in order to attract and retain the best talent available in the marketplace.

Your mission will be to support the team in its daily activity.

This 6 months internship will start from March 2018 at the earliest (date subject to some flexibility).

Tasks & accountabilities

You will support the Compensation and Benefits team with a range of tasks such as:

·  Support our group schemes like LTI, ESOP and success sharing
·  Contribute to the project planning, reporting and follow up actions.
·  Interface with external providers incl. banks or consulting firms and internal stakeholders such as HR, finance or legal in these matters
·  Prepare supporting data, benchmark & analysis to design collective reward and equity strategy
·  Analyzing data and continuously proposing solutions in order to improve our processes
·  Advising members of REWARD network on these matters
·  You will also be instrumental in the day to day organizing of the team which could include a range of ad hoc tasks such as attending meetings and supporting with the day to day

Required skills

You have the following skills and experience:

·  Currently in Bac+4, Bac+5 or gap year (or equivalent) in Finance with a strong interest / specialization in Human Resources
·  Strong ability to work with numbers and analytical skills
·  Excellent MS Office skills (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)
·  Soft skills : good organisation, ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
·  Advanced level in English
·  Advanced level in French
