Description of the job

Airbus Group Corporate Functions (Suresnes) is looking for an intern (m/f) for a 6-month internship.

This internship will start on 1st February 2017 (subject to some flexibility).

Tasks & accountabilities

Your main tasks will consist in:

·  Providing support to the team in charge of pre-selecting interns (publishing adverts on university websites, searching for candidates, pre-selecting applications, conducting telephone interviews, drafting reports, debriefing with managers),
·  Advising the managers of Airbus Defence and Space, Airbus HQ and its subsidiaries with regard to their requests for personnel, in terms of: levels of study, the content and quality of job adverts, the dates and durations of internships as per the requested profiles, etc.
·  Following up applications using in particular our SAP tool,
·  Taking part in the job fairs organised by Airbus Group partner schools and universities, helping to organise recruitment days, and regularly contacting partner schools to develop/maintain existing relations,
·  Helping to improve recruitment procedures thanks to your external point of view and your willingness to suggest new ideas,
·  Participating in the drafting of reports, in particular statistics during and at the end of internship campaigns, and in the analysis and proposal of areas for improvement,
·  Providing support for other activities within the recruitment centre,
·  Providing support for the set-up and creation of a pool of interns at the end of their studies (contact with the tutors of the interns, pre-selection and interviews, follow-up, etc.)
·  Assisting with the administrative management of interns (follow-up tables, drafting of internship agreements, management of absences, collaboration with the Payroll department and the divisions).

Required skills

You are in the second year of Business or management school, completing a Master's degree or at university (4th year), specialising in Human Resources.

Ideally, you have initial work experience.

You are a good team player and have excellent interpersonal skills.

English: advanced level
French: fluent level
