Description of the job

Airbus (Toulouse) is looking for an intern (m/f) for a 4-month internship.

In the context of adapting the rate of the A380, a multi-functional team is leading a transformation project within the A380 FAL, in Toulouse.

You will study and support the rate change with industrial solutions that incorporate new line balancing/restructuring of stations (Mechanics and System Installation of assembly activities).
This internship will provide you with the opportunity to develop your project management skills as well as explore the organisation and functions of a FAL.
This internship will start on 4th September (subject to some flexibility).

Tasks & accountabilities

Your main tasks will include:

·  Managing project schedules,
·  Coordinating multi-functional teams (manufacturing engineering, logistics, procurement, training, quality, etc.),
·  Organising work groups,
·  Managing project risks,
·  Preparing project reviews/action follow-up,
·  Leading a change management/communication campaign.

Required skills

You have a technical qualification (BTS, DUT) or vocational degree, specialising in Mechanical Engineering and Manufacturing System.

You have knowledge of:

·  Production management
·  Change management
·  Project management

You have the following qualities:

You are a good team player and you have excellent interpersonal skills.

English: intermediate level,
French: intermediate level.
