Description of the job

Airbus Helicopters Marignane is looking for an intern for a 6-month internship.

This internship will start on 1st March 2016 (subject to some flexibility).

Tasks & accountabilities

Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:

· Supporting the Project Manager during the implementation phase of an industrial project in Poland,
· Preparing and updating deliverables of the pre-set-up phase (resources plan, risk assessment, financial data such as business case and EVM, Statement of Work, planning) taking into account technical, quality, legal, strategic and economical aspects,
· Coordinating a multi-functional team to get deliverables on time on quality,
· Setting up, facilitating and following regular reviews with both internal managers and external partners,
· Reporting to internal customers the project advancements, results, main issues and opportunities.

Profil recherché

Required skills

You are in the 2nd year of a master's degree or in the 5th year of university, specialised in Engineering.

You ideally have initial experience in this field and you have knowledge of Microsoft Office tools including MS Project.

You are a good team player and and have excellent interpersonal skills.

English and French: Negotiation level,
Fluent in Polish would be a plus.
