Description of the job

Airbus Helicopters (Marignane) is looking for an intern (m/f) for a 6-month internship.

You will join the Programme (EY155) department. Your station will be within the DAUPHIN plateau.

Your internship will concern two topics:

1 - Stop & Go Production: organisation and steering the temporary production stoppage of certain product lines,
2 - Company Excellence System: overhaul and implementation of a new programme management referential for Airbus Helicopters.

This internship will start on 2nd January 2017 (subject to some flexibility).

Tasks & accountabilities

Your tasks will include:

·  Supporting the project management by applying project management processes, methods and tools,
·  Analysing, incorporating and providing quantitative and qualitative data to support discussions and decision-making at the project or programme management level; supporting efficient communication and stakeholder management,
·  Incorporating and analysing time, cost, resource and quality data,
·  Planning the project, including the distribution of structures,
·  Managing risks & opportunities,
·  Conducting performance follow-up (milestone follow-up), inspections and reporting and the exams for various phases,
·  Managing the implementation of Project Management tools and processes and capitalising on lesson learnt.

Required skills

You are in the final year of an engineering school, business school, university or equivalent (5-year degree).

You ideally have initial experience in this field and you have project management skills.

You are recognised for your meticulousness and your ability to solve problems.
You are a good team player and have excellent interpersonal skills.

English: intermediate level,
French: fluent level.
