Description of the job
Airbus (Blagnac) is looking for an intern for a 6-month internship. This internship will start in January/February 2017 (subject to some flexibility).
You will join the Procurement Operation organization to work as PMO and will be working on a specific project related to skill development / improvement within the department.

Tasks & accountabilities
Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:
· You will ensure the project management support across POMM especially on “Skills First” project aiming at developing and improving ways of working and level of proficiency.
· You will be responsible to ensure the interface and drumbeat coordination meeting across POMM. He (she) will promote the project within Procurement, prepare and facilitate workshop and drumbeat deliveries.
· You will ensure the quality and on time delivery of project deliverables (AS-IS synthesis, TO BE definition and implementation, interface and communication pack to other functions,…).
Required skills
We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:
· You are in the last year of a Master's degree in Business specialising in Project Management and looking for a 6 months internship.
· You have ideally a first experience in Project Management (incl. e.g. planning, reporting and follow-up of mitigation actions).
· Knowledge of Project Management methodology would be appreciated.
· IT proficiency (MS Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, Access, Word).
· HR or Procurement awareness would be a plus.
· Good analytical and communication skills.
· Organized, proactive and able to work autonomously.
· You have a negotiation level in French and advanced level in English.
