Description of the job

Airbus Toulouse is looking for an intern for 6-month internship.

For this job offer based in Airbus civil aircraft, you will join the Airbus Customer services. You will take part in improving Customer support for in service Configuration Management.

More specifically, you will support the "Customer Originated Changes" (COC) service for Airbus Customers. A COC is a request from a Customer to integrate and manage in aircraft configuration its own modifications so as to update the aircraft documentation. It is a chargeable service. The unit covers all Airbus civil programmes worldwide.

This internship will start on 6th March 2017 (subject to some flexibility).

Tasks & accountabilities

Your main tasks will include:

1 - Review of the COC commercial policy
The objective is to change the current practice of free of charge quotation to turn it into a chargeable one. The project will also be the opportunity to define the minimum price of any COC (Threshold).

·  Analysing current situation and processing through interviews and workshops,
·  Building a business case,
·  Performing the change management with all involved interfaces,
·  Coordinating the update of Customer referential.

2 - Release of new off-the-shelf COC
Some similar COC are regularly requested by Customers. The management of those COC can be standardized so that they can be published in the Airbus e-catalogue of services and so easily ordered by Customers.

·  Picking at least one eligible COC topic,
·  Analysing the COC scope with the involved specialists,
·  Building a decision dossier,
·  Coordinating the release of the new service to Customers.

3 - Contribution to transversal initiatives
You will lead the project of KPIs harmonization for the team.

·  Contributing to transversal projects,
·  Participating in workshops to enhance performance and Customer satisfaction,
·  Preparing internal and external communication.

Required skills

You are in the final year of a Master's degree or of a business / engineering school, specialising in project or business management.

You ideally have an initial experience.
You are flexible / adaptable, and autonomous. You always think Customer first.

You are a strong team player and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

English: advanced to negotiation level,
French would be a plus.
