Description of the job

Airbus Safran Launchers is currently deploying Supplier development programme to actively improve supplier's performance.
You will provide support to the Head of Field mission inside the central quality department to manage the field mission activities.

Some travels in Vernon can be required.

This internship will start on 15th November 2016 (subject to some flexibility).

Tasks & accountabilities

Your main tasks will include:

·  Developing monitoring and controlling tool of field mission activities (demands, ranking, performance assessment...),
·  Supporting the Field Engineers in their mission preparation (data capture and data preparation),
·  Formalizing procedures that define field mission activities to monitor progress and to provide consolidated reporting to develop a team workload tool.

Required skills

You are in the 1st of 2nd year of a master's degree, or in the 4th or 5th year of an engineering or business school or university, specialising in Supply Chain.

You ideally have a first experience and have good knowledge of:

·  Excel (advanced level),
·  Visual Basic for Applications (VBA).

You are a good team player and have excellent interpersonal skills.

English: advanced level,
French: fluent.
