Description of the job

Airbus Blagnac is looking for an intern for a 6-month internship.

This internship will start on 3rd January 2017 (subject to some flexibility).

Tasks & accountabilities

Your responsibilities will include:

·  Supporting the Customer Affairs Competence manager in the definition of a 'Sales learning Path',
·  Supporting the 'Customer Directive' projects as a Project Manager Officer (PMO),
·  Helping in the organisation and maintenance of the Airbus Customer Information,
·  Providing assistance (Customer Information) to the CO Customer Relationship Manager in the preparation of salons,
·  Organising/leading Awareness Sessions events on Customer topics on behalf of CO,
·  Assisting Customer Affairs community managers in the design and update of communities on the HUB.

Required skills

You are in your 1st or 2nd year of a Master in a business school or university, specialising in Communication, Business Administration, Economics, Social Science, Media, Journalism or similar field of study.

You ideally have initial experience in the domain.
You have a good knowledge of pack Office Microsoft, SharePoint and Publisher.
A good knowledge of database design, querying would be a plus.

You have a good grammar and good writing skills.
You are a good team player and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

English: fluent/negotiation level
French: intermediate level.
