Description of the job
Airbus Toulouse is looking for an intern for a 6-month internship.
You will be joining a highly motivated team of buyers dealing with high-end technology aviation products in the Flight Controls Systems Procurement Commodity.
You will be responsible for the effective and efficient co-ordination of specific projects to be run for the team including.
You will report to a buyer in the Flight Controls Systems Procurement Commodity.
This internship will start on 2nd Jarnuary 2017 (subject to some flexibility).

Tasks & accountabilities
Your responsibilities will include:
· Running different analysis to support Supply Chain industrial footprint analysis, Commodity Strategies consolidation (market analysis (technical trend, growing markets...), spend analysis...
· Supporting the buyers in some of their negotiations (Performance Improvement Agreement negotiation, REACH, Logistic Conditions, specific product modifications...),
· Supporting the team in consolidating the first digitalization initiative (electronic signature process) and investigate others,
· Supporting the team in consolidating a data base covering most of the team contractual information (e.g. duration of pricing agreements, pricing trends, change requests, etc.),
· Supporting in archiving contractual and non-contractual PEAB documentation and data.
Required skills
You are in the 1st or 2nd year of a Master's degree or in the 4th or 5th year of a business school, university or equivalent specialising in Procurement or Supply Chain.
You ideally have initial experience in the domain.
You are discrete and well organized. You are also curious and innovative.
You are a good team player and have excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
English: negotiation level,
French: fluent.
