Description of the job

Airbus Defence and Space (Les Mureaux) is looking for an intern for a 6-month internship.

Supporting the different process owners defined by the organization, you will have the main task to organize, create and communicate the self-awareness video support for the different procurement processes that will be addressed to the whole procurement community.
There will be possibilities of travelling to other EU countries.

This internship will start on 3rd April 2017 (subject to some flexibility).

Tasks & accountabilities

Your responsibilities will include:

·  Supporting the process owners on the creation of the script,
·  Harmonizing and detailing scripts for later traceability and update,
·  Recording self-awareness videos in different languages,
·  Supporting communication of processes through the procurement community.

Required skills

You are at least in the 1st year of a Communication school.

You ideally have initial experience in this field.

High level of languages skills (English, French, German and/or Spanish) will be a key decision factor.

International experience would be a plus.

You are a good team player and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

English: Fluent level,
French: Fluent level.
German: Intermediate level,
Spanish: Intermediate level.
