Description of the job

Airbus Saint-Nazaire is looking for an intern for a 6-month internship.

This internship will start on 01st January 2017 (subject to some flexibility).

Tasks & accountabilities

For a portfolio of buy products/suppliers, you are accountable for the whole Procurement process with the support of the MFT/ MDT team.

Your responsibilities will include:

·  Developing and implementing commodity strategies in order to ensure short and long term competitiveness, and ensuring consistency on all Procurement actions for the commodity,
·  Leading the Multi Functional Team (MFT) /MDT (with possible delegation to Buyer),
·  Being the entry point to company for commodity management (per commodity products/services),
·  Establishing, implementing and improving commodity strategy,
·  Implementing the Procurement policy,
·  Performing market analysis (global sourcing including offsets),
·  Managing sourcing (CFT, RFP, etc.) and contract management,
·  Contributing in monitoring and improving supplier performance,
·  Identifying and leading value creation project and support product /service innovation,
·  Sustaining long term relationships with suppliers,
·  Ensuring risk management.

Required skills

You are in the final year of a Master's degree, Business school or equivalent, specialising in Procurement

You ideally have initial experience.

You are a good team player and have excellent interpersonal skills.

English: intermediate level,
French: fluent level.
