Description of the job

Procurement Controlling (FCP) is in charge of securing all Finance aspects in terms of Actuals, Budget and Forecast for the Supply Chain/Procurement Operation (PO) Department. This covers an annual spend of circa 250-300m€. This team is working with a transnational network and therefore interact with Germany, UK, Spain and France, their mission is to coordinate and consolidate specific financial deliverables for the Supply Chain (PO) Management department..

The internship is for 6 months in Blagnac and will start in September 2017 (date subject to some flexibility).

You will support controlling for NRC's (Non-recurring Costs) and Function costs (headcount, Subcontracting, travel…) and lead the implementation of improvement projects in these areas.

Tasks & accountabilities

Your missions will include:

·  Improvement project on controlling tools and methods
·  Non recurring costs – Quarterly forecast and actuals – circa 50M€.
·  Headcount and function costs follow up: Actuals and Forecast.
·  Other adhoc project activity such as Stock & Cost analysis

Required skills

·  Master 1 or 2 in Finance and/or Supply chain
·  Adaptable, Autonomous, Customer focus
·  Rigorous and at ease with figures
·  Negotiation level in English & French
·  Master of Microsoft Office ( Excel & PPT) – SAP would be a plus
