Description of the job

Airbus Helicopters (La Courneuve) is looking for an intern for a 6-month internship.

This internship will start on 2nd January 2017 (subject to some flexibility).

Tasks & accountabilities

Your main task will be to develop a solution to meet the set requirements (time, cost and quality) and perform continuous improvement activities.

1/ Input data: List of the products to be manufactured with their environmental, time, cost, quality and performance constraints.

2/ Output data:
Validated company process, industrial documentation, new processes, new equipment, recommendations, simplifications, standardisations, savings, etc.

·  Development of the manufacturing process
·  Defining and validating the new Industrial Document Process
·  Baseline internal and external manufacturing capacities
·  Providing elements to justify the industrial policy.

Required skills

You are in the final year of business school, university or equivalent (5-year degree), specialising in Production/Automation.

You ideally have initial experience in Lean Manufacturing.

You have knowledge in:

·  IT tools
·  Proficiency in Microsoft Office XP tools.
·  CATIA V5.

You are a good team player and have excellent interpersonal skills.

English: intermediate level
French: fluent.
