Description of the job

Airbus Helicopters (La Courneuve) is looking for an intern for a 6-month internship.

As Project Management Officer (PMO), you will join the Family Day project team at the Paris-Le Bourget (PLB) site and will take part in organising and following up on the Family Day event.

This internship will start on 9th of January 2017 (subject to some flexibility).

Tasks & accountabilities

Within the team, your main tasks will include:

·  Managing and following up on scheduling,
·  Producing communication supports,
·  Cross-functionally coordinating with the various work package managers,
·  Assisting the project group to perform tasks under its responsibility.

Required skills

You are in the final year of a business school, completing a Master's degree or in the 5th year of university, specialising in Communication.

You ideally have initial experience in this field.
You are proficient in communication techniques and social networks.

You are recognised for your creativity, your meticulous approach and your organisational skills.
Knowledge of office IT and DTP tools would be appreciated.

You are a good team player and have excellent writing and interpersonal skills.

English: advanced level.
French: fluent.
