Description of the job

Airbus (Toulouse) is looking for an intern (m/f) for a 6-month internship.

You will join the Airbus France FM (Facility Management) Customer Facing department and will work on the Toulouse, Nantes and St Nazaire sites.

This internship will start on 2nd January, 2017 (subject to some flexibility).

Tasks & accountabilities

Your main tasks will include:

·  Analysing the process data from internal customers (myFM Facility Management Request workflow tool),
·  Suggesting indicators to improve the performance of our subcontracted activity with respect to our customers (On-Time delivery, Time To Get a Fix, customer satisfaction, etc.),
·  Contributing to designing a dashboard to follow up on the FM Customer Facing operational performance,
·  Following up on corrective actions with the Customer Facing teams,
·  Checking the application of the procedures for processing requests from the FM agents and suppliers,
·  Participating in performance measurement of the suppliers of Minor Works,
·  Identifying malfunctions and obstacles and suggesting improvement solutions.

Required skills

You are in the 2nd year of a Master's degree or in the 5th year of business school, specialising in Performance improvement, KPI.

You know how to put forward solutions, suggest improvements for operational processes.
You will also study work organisation.

You have skills in management computing, and can easily use PCs and Windows software and MS Office;

You are a good team player and have excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.

English: intermediate level
