Description of the job

Airbus (Toulouse) is looking for an intern (m/f) for a 6-month internship.

You will join the team responsible for implementing LEAN at the paint centre. You will participate in its installation and implementation on the site. Part of the team is also responsible for transverse projects involving all paint speciality actors.

This internship will start on the 2nd of January 2017 (subject to some flexibility).

Tasks & accountabilities

Your missions will be the following:

·  Managing and leading a project from start to finish: analysis, planning,
·  Gathering information, AS IS & To BE,
·  Launching actions, ensuring their follow-up and coordinating the project within the team.

Required skills

You are in the final year of engineering school, university or equivalent (Master's degree), studying Industrial Production, Improvement, LEAN engineering.

You ideally have some experience in Lean and are at ease in the IT field, with the ability to understand new tools quickly.

You are autonomous, dynamic and curious. You are known for your analytical mind-set and skills at synthesising.

You are a good team player and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

English: intermediate level,
French: negotiation level.
