Description of the job

Airbus Blagnac is looking for an intern for a 6-month internship.

This internship will start on 3rd January 2017 (subject to some flexibility).

Tasks & accountabilities

Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:

·  Improving the way of working of the service perimeter,
·  Contributing to up-date and deployment of the commodity strategy (market intelligence, etc.) using the Airbus/EADS procurement strategy and policy,
·  Ensuring accuracy of commercial T&C in Airbus systems: ARP, SAP, cADL,
·  Implementing market strategy,
·  Supporting negotiation of all contract terms & conditions including contract change management,
·  Supporting compilation of the Supplier Selection Report,
·  Contributing to the sourcing activity,
·  Managing the tendering and the contract negotiation to achieve the best purchasing conditions in accordance within Company requirements,
·  Monitoring the contract (during innovation, development, serial and support phases) with suppliers and Company stakeholders to achieve throughout the contract life cycle a complete application of terms and conditions to ensure suppliers deliver expected performance in all dimensions (Logistics, support, quality, cost...),
·  Managing the day to day relationships with suppliers and running projects to optimize customer value, while minimizing total cost of ownership & risks,
·  Be part of the Multifunctional/Multidivisional teams all along the tendering, contracting and contract life cycle phases.

Required skills

You are in the final year of a Master's degree, or of an Engineering or Business school, specialising in Procurement.

You ideally have initial experience in procurement.

You have the following qualities:

·  You quickly adapt to different situations,
·  You are able to work on several projects at the same time,
·  You are able to work independently and proactively.

You are a good team player and have excellent interpersonal and skills.

English: Negotiation level,
French: Fluent level.
