Description of the job

Airbus Helicopters (Marignane) is looking for an intern (m/f) for a 6-month internship.

You will participate in the H175 flow line project of which the aim is to optimise the industrial organisation of the H175 assembly line.

This internship will start on 1st March 2017 (subject to some flexibility).

Tasks & accountabilities

Your tasks will include:

·  Participating in the integration of new mission in the forward-moving H175 Oil and Gas line (sequence of operations, balancing work stations, industrial breakdown of the definition, consistency of the operator work with respect to the industrial model),
·  Providing support to Lean preparation,
·  Participating in the visual steering of the activity.

Required skills

You are in the final year of engineering school, university or equivalent (5-year degree), specialising in General Engineering.

You ideally have initial experience in this field and good knowledge of Lean principles.

English: intermediate level,
French: fluent level.
