Description of the job

Airbus Toulouse is looking for an intern for 6-month internship.

The mission of the Aircraft Operability department is to achieve Aircraft Operability and Design Maturity Performance of the Airbus product with respect to its usability, availability, reliability and cost.

This internship will start on 2nd January 2017 (subject to some flexibility).

Tasks & accountabilities

In this internship, you will support the improvement of the Aircraft Operability Assessment criteria, methodology and tools.

You will analyse the current situation and identify areas of improvement.
You will be in charge of developing and deploying the improved means.

Required skills

You are in the third year of your Bachelor's Degree or an Engineering School specialising in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
Alternatively you are in the second year of a Master's Degree or the fifth year of an Engineering School specialising in these fields.

You ideally have an initial experience in this field. You have a very good technical understanding and ideally you are skilled in Aircraft Maintenance.

You have MS Office skills.

You are curious and you have good analytical skills including the ability to step back in order to understand the context.

You are a good team player and and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

English: advanced level,
French: intermediate level.
