Description of the job

An internship in one roof China financial stabilization (m/f) has arisen within Airbus Commercial Aircraft in Blagnac.

You will join the financial globalisation department and work in an international environment (with Chinese entities based in Beijing, Tianjin, Shanghai, Hong Kong) under the responsibility of the Projects Managers.

This 6 months internship will start from 25 September 2017 at the earliest.

Tasks & accountabilities

You will support the project managers on the following topics:

·  From the action list file, sort and identify the current requirements or small deployments not yet performed, elaborate the update of the need, the milestones and estimate the workload , prioritize the developments, challenge business constraints face to Informatics development -> prepare the decision : to deploy or not
·  Identify/follow up new requirements or manage the current ones (new entity creation, reporting localization, adaptation to local reporting rules, training ...) and deploy the Project Management process for them (write up or validate the requirements, define the planning, launch the different phases and relevant documentation, identify the resources and favour lower budget issues, specify the validation steps and fall back or migration scenarios)
·  Contribute to on-going projects in China (Travel Management, Treasury, Airbus FAL A330, Airbus Helicopter stabilization, Airbus Defence & Space kick off)
·  Propose organization set-up of the end-users support in Accounting, Controlling, Sales, Procurement & Logistic issues
·  Identify score cards and key indicators to follow up the projects & action list
·  Follow-up the task achievement and the satisfaction of key users & end users
·  After weekly/monthly meetings with the Project Managers for these activities, the candidate will help the projects leader to contact end-users and technical & business team to collect information & challenge technical issues.
·  Decision about launching or not project is under the responsibility of different sponsors who will grant budget, after negotiations about pertinence of issues during the kick off meetings, and after having collected all the possible complains -> kick off is dedicated to validate the decision and eventually identify the points to restate.

Required skills

You will have the following skills and experience:

·  You are in Bac+5 degree level (or equivalent) specialized in Finance
·  Accounting & Controlling knowledge
·  Human relationship & knowledge of Chinese culture & communication
·  Knowledge in Project Management
·  Soft skills: open minded, good at communicate, autonomous, team player
·  Advanced level in English
