Description of the job

Airbus (Blagnac) is looking for an intern for a 6-month internship.

Within Airbus Strategy, the Offset and International cooperation function is supporting Sales department. Its main role is to define and implement the international cooperation strategy of .Airbus.
You will be responsible for supporting Offset and International cooperation activities on such subjects as: country profile realisations, country risks analysis, supplier contract analysis and suppliers contribution evaluation, etc.

This internship will start on 4th January 2016 (subject to some flexibility).

Tasks & accountabilities

Your main tasks will include:

1/ First Axe:

· According to the international cooperation process and the current material available, producing in a first step the template for country profile, database of activity and Risk analysis of international cooperation of Airbus in the country.
· In a second step, for each strategic country (15), producing the following output:

* Country profile (power point): geopolitics, aeronautical capability of the country, Airbus activity in the country, Airbus group activity in the country, potential development of Airbus activity in the country, overview of the supply chain analysis,
* Database of the Airbus activity in the country (excel): list of wp from Airbus activity in the country, price per shipset, production plan impact and diagrams,
* Risk analysis of international cooperation of Airbus in the country.

2/ Second Axe:
Suppliers are requested to contribute to Airbus international cooperation and offset commitment fulfillment.
In order to be able to assess their level of support and enhance it:

· Mapping contractually their obligations,
· Evaluating the level of contribution expected,
· Reviewing their effective contribution.

You will focus on some key suppliers and perform this analysis in relation with procurement. The aim is to approach these key suppliers and present them the analysis in view of enhancing their contributions.

Profil recherché

Required skills

You are in the 2nd year of a master's degree, or in the 5th year of a business school or university, specialising in business administration, economics.

You ideally have initial experience in this field and you have the following competencies:

· Good mastering of IT Tools (excel databases, ppt, etc.),
· Strong analysis and synthesis skills,
· Strong organisation skills,
· Capacity to work in an autonomous way,
· Interest in international cooperation,
· Meticulous approach.

You are a good team player and have excellent interpersonal skills.

English: negotiation level.
