Description of the job

Airbus Helicopters (Marignane) is looking for an intern (m/f) for a 6-month internship.

For the follow-up of NATO codification work carried out by an external service provider, you will be responsible for upgrading the tool used to steer its performance and also the internal performance of the AH NATO Codification Cell.
This tool was developed in 2015 and requires an additional phase to add specific modules.

This internship will start on 9th January 2017 (subject to some flexibility).

Tasks & accountabilities

Within the NATO Codification Cell, you will ensure that the tool and its new modules are durable in relation to the following aspects:

·  Tools always accessible and usable within AH and its subsidiaries
·  Queries archived in a single database
·  Notification sent to the NATO Codification Cell when the set deadlines are approaching
·  Very simple to maintain
·  Link to the data available on the NATO DB consultation tools (screening = comparison between requested and existing data)
·  Generation of concise, rapid and effective (graphic) dashboards
·  Link to the tracking module for authorised capacities and allocated budgets.

Your challenge will be to supply a usable deliverable within a very short timeframe.

Required skills

You are in the 2nd or final year of an engineering school, university or equivalent (4/5-year degree), specialising in IT, with a major in Management/Creation/Tool Development for Customer Support.

You ideally have initial experience in this field.

You have knowledge of:

·  Project management (schedules and budgets)
·  Web programming including ANGULAR JS, HTML, CSS bootstrap
·  Spring framework (Spring Boot): JPA, Hibernate, Spring MVC
·  Creation and management of databases (MySQL, etc.)

You are a good team player and have excellent interpersonal skills.
