Description of the job

Airbus Defence and Space (Toulouse) is looking for an intern (m/f) for a 6-month internship.

Steered by the Airbus Defence and Space Process/Method/Engineering Tools (TTDP) team based at the Toulouse site, the expected objectives of this internship are to:

·  Define an architecture, a concept to model the tool chains,
·  Analyse and integrate the data linked to the model,
·  Develop and validate the model.

This internship will start on 1st February 2017 (subject to some flexibility).

Tasks & accountabilities

Your tasks will include:

·  Defining the concept and architecture of the model,
·  Implementing the concept in MEGA,
·  Modelling the tool chains in engineering disciplines,
·  Proposing a visual representation,
·  Creating exploitation requests/filters,
·  Ensuring links with process development,
·  Publishing the tool chains within the Airbus Defence and Space intranet.

Required skills

You are in the final year of engineering school or a Master's degree or in the 5th year of university, specialising in Engineering/General Engineering.

You ideally have an initial experience in this field.

You have knowledge of:

·  Modelling of process design, simulation of processes, Datawork flow, process engineering,
·  ARIS, MEGA, MEGA NAF tools
·  Design for Manufacturing,
·  Engineering system standards,
·  Industrial processes
·  Process modelling or tasks modelling

You are a team player, independent and are willing to make suggestions.
