Description of the job

Airbus Group Corporate Functions (Paris) is looking for an intern (m/f) for a 6-month internship.

This internship will start on 1st December 2016 (subject to some flexibility).

Tasks & accountabilities

You will be involved in the following projects:

1/ Inputs:
Market segment evaluations made by external agencies/governmental/non-governmental organisations.
Customer and competitor strategies.
Stockholder commercial/industrial orientations.
Study of new emerging markets.

2/ Mission:

·  Analysing trends, size and evolution of market segments.
·  Analysing the company's position as compared with competitors.
·  Defining product and/or service suitability in terms of marketing deadline and compliance with key success factors.

3/ Outputs
Presentation of the strategic plan, including R&D directives with associated financial prospects.
Market reports intended for the Company. Marketing documentation.

·  Continuous monitoring of market segments and analysis of trends: status and changes in terms of products, customers, competitiveness and competitors documented through a database.
·  Compare our products and technologies with those of our competitors worldwide and develop appropriate action (R&D, Capex, etc.) to maintain our leading position.
·  Identify emerging markets and the associated new technology to be implemented for our products in coordination with design study groups,
·  Prepare arguments to support the decisions in our responses to calls for tender.
·  Provide inputs for marketing tools.

Required skills

You are in the 2nd year of a Master's degree or in the 5th year of a business school or university, specialising in Marketing.

You have at least some initial experience in this field.

You are a good team player and you have excellent interpersonal skills.

English: intermediate level,
French: advanced level.
