Description of the job

Airbus Helicopters (Marignane) is looking for an intern for a 6-month internship.

Airbus Helicopters has appointed a dedicated team responsible for Customer satisfaction.
Its task is to implement monitoring to all the means necessary to guarantee that the customer satisfaction is recognized as a top priority within Airbus Helicopters and to improve the customer satisfaction level.

This internship will start on 16th of January 2017 (subject to some flexibility).

Tasks & accountabilities

Supporting the customer satisfaction team, your main tasks will consist in:

·  Designing, implementing and analysing the Survey on the assembly. This survey is conducted every 2 years and addressed to all the customers and covers all the products and services,
·  Creating the questionnaire and the web site interfaces in all the languages,
·  Being the interface with all the subsidiaries to collect the relevant data,
·  Analysing and publishing reports,
·  Following-up all the operational surveys. These surveys are dedicated to one activity and is on a daily basis,
·  Participating in the monthly analysis and publishing the report,
·  Implementing the culture programme of the customer (communication and learning means to capitalise on the customer and awareness within Airbus Helicopters),
·  Organising testimony conferences on the organisation of the customer for employees,
·  Filling-up the various dashboards used to follow-up the KPIs.

Required skills

You are in the second-to-last year of business school, university or equivalent (5-year degree), specialising in Marketing.

Ideally, you have initial work experience in this field. You are proficient in Microsoft Office suite and you have advanced skills in Excel.

You are capable of interacting with other people on transverse activities.

You are recognised for your analytical skills, your synthetic approach and excellent writing skills.

You are a good team player and have excellent interpersonal skills.

English: advanced level,
French: fluent.
