Description of the job

There is currently a vacancy for a Supply Chain Management Support internship (m/f) at Airbus (Commercial Aircraft) in Toulouse.

You will be part of department within General Procurement which aims at ensuring Supplier for Aviation Authorities, measuring and developing Supplier performances.

This internship will start on 04/09/2017 (subject to some flexibility) and is for a duration of 6 months.

Tasks & accountabilities

Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:

·  Creating management reports and updating KPI and associated management data
·  Updating all the management tools at the department
·  Finalising the "Cockpit" project: updating the contents of the internal "cockpit" platform
·  Providing assistance for strategic projects
·  Defining a communication plan and implementing communication tools for entire general procurement population
·  Organising events and workshops for teams
·  Providing support operational teams

Required skills

The successful applicant will have the following skills and experience:

·  Three-year university degree or currently preparing a four-year degree (or equivalent) in business or engineering, with specialisation in marketing, communication and project management
·  Knowledge of communications and marketing
·  Knowledge of project management, supply chainchains, purchasing
·  Proficiency with Microsoft Office
·  Proactive, autonomous and organised
·  Language skills: Negotiation level in English and Negotiation level in French, other language would be a plus
