Description of the job

Airbus Helicopters (Marignane) is looking for an intern (m/f) for a 6-month internship.

Within a cross-functional department between support and suppliers/purchases, the department activity includes negotiations to performance follow-up and supplier contracts.
This internship will start on 2nd January 2017 (subject to some flexibility).

Tasks & accountabilities

Your tasks will include:

·  Analysing support contracts and core supplier contracts for the application of non-performance penalties (deliveries, reliability, direct maintenance cost (DMC)),
·  Preparing claim files (interfacing with all support and service functions),
·  Modelling contractual gaps enabling the application of claims,
·  Setting up a database of the existing contracts and their application,
·  Following up and steering the penalty recovery dashboard and claims at dossier preparation,
·  Proposing improvements of negotiations for year N+1.

Required skills

You are in your final year of business/engineering school, university or equivalent (5-year degree), specialising in Project Management/Procurement.

You ideally have initial experience in this field.

You have the following abilities:

You are a good team player and you have excellent interpersonal skills.

English: advanced level,
French: fluent.
