Description of the job

Airbus Defence and Space (Elancourt) is looking for an intern (m/f) for a 6-month internship.

You will join a team of 25 people dedicated to the architecture of innovative networks (fixed-line, tactical, radio, etc.) and their management (implementation of the ITIL process) in an international context.

The internship is a part of the implementation strategy of an overall System Management solution. It consists in ensuring the interoperability between different tools: management of the computer park, document management, and knowledge base.

This internship will start on 1st January 2017 (subject to some flexibility).

Tasks & accountabilities

Your tasks will concern:

·  The automation of documentary referencing: populating a CMDB, managing technical documentation and response cards,
·  Interfaces allowing the synchronisation and the maintaining of data consistency between components,
·  The creation of a unified portal.

Your other tasks will include:

Taking charge of the tools and the associated APIs (REST type),

·  Participating in the functional and technical specifications of interfaces,
·  Creating a web portal prototype to present the coherent integration of various tools.

The aim of this internship is to capitalise on the work performed in order to build a generic and reusable application base. The results obtained will be applied to several future projects.

Required skills

You are in the final year of engineering school or a Master's degree or in 5th year of university, specialising in Engineering/Telecommunications, Networks.

You have knowledge of:

·  CMDB,
·  WIKI,
·  PHP/Python/JavaScript,
·  Linux,
·  ITIL.

You are a good team player and you have excellent interpersonal skills. You are recognised for your autonomy.

English: intermediate level,
French: fluent level.
