Description of the job

Airbus Helicopters Marignane is looking for an intern for a 6-month internship.

You will provide solutions and support to all lawyers within LR for all legal matters related to corporate, purchase, support and services, sales, claims, IP and public law.

This internship will start on 1st March 2017 (subject to some flexibility).

Tasks & accountabilities

Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:

·  Analysing risks exposure for Airbus Helicopters arising out of contracts and cooperations and actively contributing to the reduction of such risks by providing visibility and information in a timely manner and by proposing appropriate solutions to eliminate or reduce such risks,
·  Providing high quality and cost-efficient legal expertise/advice/ solutions and supporting for legal matters related to contracts entered into by Airbus Helicopters, its subsidiaries and participations, with its customers and suppliers,
·  Elaborating draft and structure commercial contracts in cooperation with the relevant Airbus Helicopters departments involved in the relevant transaction,
·  Proactively contributing to the mitigation of Eurocopter' legal exposure and providing legal advice and supporting for disputes pertaining to Airbus Helicopters's contracts in negotiations or in force,
·  Participating in the elaboration and updating the standard contracts and standard contract conditions,
·  Performing research activities.

Required skills

You are in the 1st year of a master's degree or in the 4th year of university, business school or equivalent specialising in Legal.

You ideally have an initial experience in this field.

You are a good team player and and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

English: advanced level,
French: negotiation level.
