Description of the job

Airbus Safran Launchers (Les Mureaux) is looking for an intern for a 6-months internship.

Within the composite unit of the Les Mureaux plant, you will join the manufacturing teams attached to the head of unit.
This internship is the opportunity for you to discover the space industry and to share your talent to support the continuous improvement deployment.

This internship will start on 2nd January 2017 (subject to some flexibility).

Tasks & accountabilities

Your responsibilities to support this deployment and reach our QCD targets will include :

·  Implementing 5S,
·  Analysing value Stream Mapping,
·  Deploying Visual Management,
·  TRS.

Others specific tasks directly linked to the unit management will be addressed.

Required skills

You are in the final year of a Master's degree, or of an engineering school or university (Bac +5), specialising in Manufacturing.

You ideally have initial experience.

You have knowledge of:

·  Engineering studies,
·  Industrial management,
·  Lean basics.

You have the following qualities:

·  You are motivated,
·  You are open minded.

You are a good team player and have excellent interpersonal skills.

English: Intermediate level,
French: Fluent level.
