Description of the job

Airbus (Toulouse) is looking for an intern (m/f) for a 6-month internship.

You will join the Finance Processes team within the Finance Department.
The Finance Processes team is responsible for varied activities focussed on:

·  Performance improvement for Finance processes,
·  Deployment of Lean Management in the Finance teams,
·  Support to continuous improvement projects,
·  Support to the Process Management Teams (PMT) in charge of managing Finance processes,
·  Coordination and facilitation of Finance, Quality and Lean communities through various media (forums, newsletters, e-platforms, etc.).

This internship will start on 6 March 2017 (subject to some flexibility).

Tasks & accountabilities

You will perform, for example, the following tasks:

·  Acting as the community manager on collaboration spaces,
·  Contributing to facilitation of the Quality & Lean communities via communication operations,
·  Designing e-learning modules (multiple support media),
·  Organising the Finance Excellence annual event (120 people),
·  Suggesting improvements in the digital field.

Required skills

You are in the final year of a communication school/Master's degree/5th year of university, specialising in Digital Communications.

Ideally, you have initial work experience in this field.

You are a good team player and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

English: Advanced level,
French: Fluent.
