Description of the job

Airbus Defence and Space Satellites (Elancourt) is looking for an intern (m/f) for a 4-month internship.

You will join the quality department and you will be in charge of the improvement of sharing and the reuse of feedback and good practices collected during the development, programme or production phases.

This internship will start on 1st March 2017 (subject to some flexibility).

Tasks & accountabilities

Your main tasks will include:

·  Analysing current capitalisation practices in the various activities (development, maintenance, procurement, etc.),
·  Analysing feedback and good practices that has already been identified in order to promote their re-use,
·  Identifying improvement levers and defining the associated action plan in order to improve capitalisation,
·  Creating a thesaurus for the indexation of data,
·  Creating a database in order to better capitalise, share and exploit this data,
·  Training users and producing guidelines.

Required skills

You are in the 2nd year of a management school, in the 1st year of a Master's degree or in the 4th year of university, specialising in Information and Knowledge Management.

Ideally, you have initial work experience.

You are proficient with the Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

You have the following qualities:

·  You are independent, meticulous and inquisitive,
·  You have good analysis and synthesis skills.

You are a good team player and have excellent interpersonal skills.

English: advanced level,
French: fluent.
