Description of the job

Airbus (Toulouse) is looking for an intern for a 6-month internship.

You will join the HR Business Partner team of Engineering function and work in collaboration with the Flight & Integration Tests HRBP.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in the HR team for a fascinating business that deals with all Flight tests and Integration tests for Airbus.
The role will not only allow you to have a transnational view on HR activities, but also allow you to interface with other stakeholders namely Finance.

This internship will start on 01 June 2017 (subject to some flexibility).

Tasks & accountabilities

Your main tasks will include:

·  Aiding in streamlining process the processes like Headcount Management in collaboration with Business, Finance and other HR counterparts,
·  Aiding in streamlining the various processes and documentations for the Navigant population,
·  Supporting HRBP on local HR campaigns: learning, development conference, salary and promotion campaign, people review, performance management,
·  Supporting the deployment of Leadership mind-set in the function through various events,
·  Working in collaboration with the Resource Manager and HRBP to support the Competences Management,
·  Supporting Change Management into the Business with local HR initiatives, in accordance with Company Transformation and New Ways of Working,
·  Reporting and supporting on day-to-day HR activities like recruitment, absenteeism management, mobility, KPI, succession planning etc.

Required skills

You are in the final year of a Master's degree, or of a Business or a Management school, specialising in Human Ressources.

You ideally have initial experience in the domain.

You have knowledge of:

·  Excel,
·  IT tools.

You have the following qualities:

·  Ability to manage several stakeholders and are customer and solution oriented,
·  Ability to work proactively, with autonomy.

You are a good team player and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

English: negotiation level,
French: fluent level.
