Description of the job

Airbus (Blagnac) is looking for an intern for a 6-month internship.

Support POSD governance on ramp-up and industrialisation activities to ensure New Programmes or incremental developments reach serial mode with sufficient industrial maturity.

This internship will start on 9th January 2017 (subject to some flexibility).

Tasks & accountabilities

Your responsibilities will include:

·  Being the Programmes interface to ensure alignment on industrialization progress and risks between K and PO,
·  Ensuring Supplier Industrial dashboard ( definition dossier, tooling, Missing parts, Outstanding work, Concessions, Manufacturing process maturity readiness level, capacity, qualifications, sub tier management,) are updated, aligned and shared with Manufacturing and program in line with Airbus process,
·  Ensuring ToW risk mitigation is monitored to avoid transfer impact on delivery or quality,
·  Monitoring ramp up activities and associated action plans ( CCP , subtler mapping, …),
·  Monitoring Industrial Process Control Assessment (IPCA/IPCA+) and the progress of associated action plans,
·  Tracking and consolidating operational data to monitor A350 Quality and reducing CnQ ( FAI, FPQ, material qualification , QSR and concessions eradication),
·  Ensuring mitigation and action plans are regularly updated on e-Control Room to provide visibility to PO and PB,
·  Timely Providing Programme with POS inputs for MGx milestones to avoid Programme planning impact,
·  Monitoring MRL8 and iT2S criteria's to avoid WP transferred from Programme to procurement without maturity needed on serial mode,
·  Setting up a governance with kPIs and visual dashboard to Monitor industrialisation (FAI FPQ MRL8 iT2S…).

Required skills

You are in the final year of an engineering school or a Master's degree at university (5th year), specialising in Industrial Engineering / Manufacturing / Quality.

You ideally have initial experience in Project management.

You are a good team player and have excellent interpersonal skills.

English: Advanced level,
French: Intermediate level.
