Description of the job

An internship position in Software Engineering –Application Development has arisen within Airbus in Toulouse. You will join the Costing department. This department uses several tools to access data, to support its estimation activities, to share knowledge and to monitor its workload.

The purpose of this training will be to develop an application for the internal knowledge management. The intern will be in charge of the application's implementation.

This internship will start in the March 2017 (subject to some flexibility).

Tasks & accountabilities

Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:

·  Analysing some existing tools
·  Collecting and analysing user needs
·  Proposing solutions
·  Developing/improving and implementing some modules
·  Writing the user manual and the maintenance manual
·  Contributing to user training

Required skills

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:

·  You are in the 2nd year of a Master's degree or in the 5th year of a university or engineering school, specialising in IT,
·  Knowledge of IT technologies, and in particular:
·  Microsoft SQL Server
·  Visual Studio environment (.NET4.5 / C# / WPF)
·  Design pattern MVVM
·  Advanced level of English and intermediate level of French are required.
