Description of the job

Airbus (Nantes) is looking for an intern (m/f) for a 6-month internship.

This internship will start on 4th September 2017 (subject to some flexibility).

Tasks & accountabilities

Within the Plan & Distribute department and for the Plan & Schedule division in charge of industrial planning and support/project for production management in detail parts and assembly production units, the intern will have 3 main missions:

1 - Produce mock-ups of @Learning intended for the training of production coordinators in production units.
2 - Deploy scheduling tools on air inlets of the A320 programme.
3 - Deploy scheduling tools on centre wing boxes of A330, A380 and A400M programmes.

Topics 2 & 3 will be monitored by the Airbus project method (LBIP) with its various milestones.

Required skills

You are in the fourth or final year of engineering school, completing a Master's degree, or in the 4th or 5th year of university, specialising in Production Management.

The intern will have to demonstrate analysis, synthesis and communication skills.

You will regularly report the state of project progress to customers of units and in front of the Plan & Distribute team.
Knowledge of ERP SAP using PGI and PEA would be a plus
Ideally, you have initial work experience in this field.

You are a good team player and have excellent interpersonal skills.

English: intermediate level,
French: fluent.
