Description of the job

Airbus Helicopters (La Courneuve) is looking for an intern (m/f) for a 6-month internship.

Within the AIRBUS HELICOPTERS PLB site in Dugny, your main tasks will include participating in the transformation of teams of the Paint/Balancing Production Unit.

This internship will start on 2nd January 2017 (subject to some flexibility).

Tasks & accountabilities

Within the team, your main tasks will include:

·  Participating in, through workshop lead by operational employees, the creation of team performance indicators,
·  Improving/implementing the resulting visual management,
·  Providing daily support to the teams and being the leader of various improvement projects (new implantations/new equipment/etc.).

Required skills

You are in the before last or final year of an engineering school, in the 1st or 2nd year of a Master's degree or in the 4th or 5th year of university, specialising in Production Engineering/Mechanical Engineering/Electronics, etc.

You ideally have initial experience in this field.

You are a proficient user of the Microsoft Office suite and you have skills in Visual Basic.
You are recognised for your ability to analyse and resolve problems.

You are a good team player and have excellent interpersonal skills.

English: intermediate level,
French: fluent.
