Description of the job

Airbus Helicopters Marignane is looking for an intern for a 6-month internship.

Customer Satisfaction is the core of our business. Airbus Helicopters has initiated several programs of innovation to enhance the performance of its support and services. Among them, Airbus Helicopters is investigating how to streamline and harmonize the present TIGER Support and Services contract management to boost our fleet availability.

This internship will start on 2nd January 2017 (subject to some flexibility).

Tasks & accountabilities

Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:

·  Analyzing the existing operational data of 2 or 3 of our TIGER support contracts and liaise with related business functions whenever needed (Quality, Project Mgt Office, Finance, Lead Functions),
·  Proposing to update current process & tool to sketch future contract IT-tool landscape based on your analysis and our needs and experience, for the analyzed contracts,
·  Consolidating the current IT-tool solution (data migration, induction of all stakeholders, tool set up: dashboard, deliverables' follow up...), which shall help boosting efficiency,
·  The IT-tool solution (Sharepoint) should be for internal purpose but also to share information with our customers in order to give them visibility on specific topics,
·  Processing and tool up and running with existing data.

Required skills

You are in the final year of a Master's degree, or of an engineering / a management school, specialising in Project Management and Manufacturing Systems Engineering.

You have knowledge of:

·  Excel,
·  MS-Access and SharePoint,
·  Good MS-Office skills,
·  Basic Knowledge about Simulation and Modeling (not a must).

You are a good team player and and have excellent interpersonal skills.

English: fluent.
French: Intermediate level.
Knowledge of German is advantageous.
