Description of the job

Airbus (Toulouse) is looking for an intern (m/f) for a 6-month internship.

This internship will start on 1st March, 2017 (subject to some flexibility).

Tasks & accountabilities

In coordination with the Group heads and managers within the Systems department, your main tasks will include:

·  Implementing dashboard indicators and reporting, as well as updating mechanisms, tenable the projected and real-time monitoring of progress and production.

This visual management will serve to quickly identify the preventative and/or corrective actions to be implemented, both at the department level as well as for each technical group:

·  According to the various deliverables, defining and implementing an adapted follow-up,
·  In coordination with the teams, taking part in continuous improvement by developing and implementing actions, and ensuring the coordination and follow-up of progress.

Required skills

You are in the final year of engineering school or university.

Ideally, you are specialising or have initial experience in production management and the implementation of graphic solutions.

You are proficient in office software (Excel tables and macros, Outlook, etc.) and have knowledge in graphic solutions and design.

You have an autonomous approach, the ability to summarise and are recognised for you organisational skills and meticulous approach.

English: intermediate level.
