Description of the job

Airbus Helicopters (Marignane) is looking for an intern (m/f) for a 4-month internship.

You will be in charge of the creation of a skill matrix.

This internship will start on 3rd March 2017 (subject to some flexibility).

Tasks & accountabilities

Your main activities will include:

·  Performing the mapping of the various activities related to the industrialisation and to production support,
·  Identifying the necessary skill level for each activity and defining the different levels,
·  Identifying training courses with the objective of employee development.

Your tasks will include:

·  Analysing and criticising design data and industrial impact,
·  Participating in top industrialisation,
·  Proceeding to the industrial launch (drafting of technical documentation, tooling, etc.),
·  Following up industrialisation (knowledge of various manufacturing classifications),
·  Carrying out the technical analysis related to production requests.

Required skills

You are in the 1st year of an engineering school, completing a Master's degree or in the 3rd year of university, specialising in General Engineering, Production Engineering or Industrial Engineering (equivalent 3-year degree).

Ideally, you have initial work experience.

You have skills in the following areas:

·  Basic industrial engineering skills,
·  Basic production engineering skills,
·  Individual health, safety and protection,
·  Basic preparation skills.

You are a good team player and have excellent interpersonal skills.

English: beginner level,
French: fluent.
