Description of the job
Airbus (Nantes) is looking for an intern (m/f) for a 6-month internship.
You will join the local Human Resources team in charge of the Centre Wing Assembly Production scope. This scope involves 750 employees, such as workers, technicians, managers and executives of the Nantes plant. You will also work cross-functionally on certain projects.
This internship will start on 1st April 2017 (subject to some flexibility).

Tasks & accountabilities
Your tasks will include:
· Providing support to the daily administrative and legal aspects of employees in collaboration with the expertise centre,
· Informing collaborators on common HR queries,
· Contributing to all topics associated with the HR development cycle, in terms of the salary policy/promotion, annual review campaigns, gathering of training needs and skill management.
Required skills
You are in the final year of business school, completing a Master's degree or in the 5th year of university, specialising in Human Resources.
You have knowledge of quality and improvement steering and have skills in employee management, policy deployment and HR process, providing support to employees and managers, relation management with social partners.
You have the ability to interact and convince teams. You are a strong team player and have excellent interpersonal skills.
You are a proficient user of Excel and PowerPoint.
Ideally, you have initial experience.
English: intermediate level,
French: fluent.
