Description of the job

Airbus Toulouse is looking for an intern for a 6-month internship.

This internship will start on 2nd January 2017 (subject to some flexibility).

Tasks & accountabilities

In the context of this internship, you will work directly with the A380 Programme HO HR Business Partners. You will support it in its mission that consists in liaising between Human Resources and operational teams. Furthermore, you will assist in the preparation and support of the fulfilment of development plans by converting company requirements into appropriate HR solutions.
You will be in charge of the following activities:

·  In partnership with Operations, providing and managing the HR services for a specific unit of the organisation,
·  Advising Operations on all questions involving personnel,
·  Steering the execution of the HR development plans and sharing the measures and reports with management,
·  Raising HR policies and national work regulations with management,
·  Coordinating with management to ensure the coherent and harmonised implementation of salary and employee benefit policies, training and recruitment, in conformity with the operational objectives.

Required skills

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:

·  In the 2nd year of a Master's degree in a university or business school, specialising in Human Resources
·  Initial professional experience/good knowledge of this field would be a plus
·  Proficiency with MS Office tools
·  Knowledge of SAP would be a plus
·  Independent, inquisitive and meticulous,
·  Excellent interpersonal skills,
·  An advanced level of English; knowledge of French would be a plus.
