Description of the job

Airbus (Toulouse) is looking for an intern (m/f) for a 6-month internship.

You will integrate HR Transactions & Services department.

This internship will start on 4th September (subject to some flexibility).

Tasks & accountabilities

Your responsibilities will include:

·  Delivering HR standardised services across the Airbus Group in respect with the HR policies, process and tools,
·  Ensuring and delivering operational, national and/or international HR services along the HR value chain in compliance with HR policies and processes,
·  Monitoring overall performance and effectiveness of the offered HR services,
·  Delivering appropriate solutions to Employees and Managers,
·  Ensuring the application of HR functional expertise and considering potential impacts of HR relevant legislation & regulation in day-to-day operations,
·  Supporting the team in the management of various projects within the Learning/employment operations departments,
·  Contributing to set up Employment/Learning services to Airbus subsidiaries and extended enterprise,
·  Coordinating projects (ensure deliveries on time),
·  Preparing reviews with diverse stakeholders,
·  Supporting change management activities.

Required skills

You have a bachelor's degree, specialising in Communication or Human Resources.

You have knowledge of:

·  Communication
·  Project management

You are a good team player and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

English: advanced level.
French: advanced level.
