Description of the job

A HR internship in Diversity and Inclusion (m/f) has arisen within Airbus in Toulouse.
You will join the HR Diversity and Inclusion department and you will be in contact with the entirety of its network.

This internship will start on 4th September 2017 (date subject to some flexibility) and will be for a duration of 6 months.

You will contribute to putting people, in all their diversity and freedoms, at the heart of the company culture.

Tasks & accountabilities

You will be responsible for the following main tasks:

You will actively contribute to organising diversity events:

·  Meetings with other companies for benchmarking purposes
·  Internal and/or external conferences

You will ensure the consistency of internal and external communications relating to these events:

·  Drawing up proposals for editorial content
·  Alignment meetings with internal and external communications managers

You will also assist the Inclusion and Diversity France manager in:

·  Meetings with the network of diversity HR correspondents inside the company: preparing & tracking actions
·  Extending this HR network to cover all the company divisions as best as possible
·  Connecting with employee networks to assist them in their actions.

Required skills

The successful applicant will have the following skills and experience:

Educated to 3-year degree level (or equivalent) in a business school or university, specialising in HR, communications or business management.

·  Ability to see actions through to completion
·  Ability to send information in a clear manner
·  Ability to put forward new solutions or areas for improvement
·  Ability to manage priorities
·  Language skills: Advanced level of English and negotiation level of French.
