Description of the job

Airbus Toulouse is looking for an intern (m/f) to join the HR Business Partner team for the Customer Services function for 6 months.
During this internship you will have the opportunity to work on subjects that will give you an insight in national and international HR activities.

This internship will start in January 2017 (subject to some flexibility).

Tasks & accountabilities

Your main tasks will include to:

·  Assist the HR Business Partner team in their daily activities and in different phases of the HR cycle
·  Participate in continuous improvement actions (reporting, analysis, etc.)
·  Participate in other upcoming HR topics and projects

Required skills

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:

·  2nd year Master degree in Human Resources or similar
·  Autonomous way of working, strong interpersonal skills, reactivity, capacity to take the initiative
·  A negotiation level in English, French would be beneficial
