Description of the job

An internship position for an HR Business Partner for Quality Function (m/f) has arisen within Airbus in Toulouse. You will integrate our HR Business Partner organisation and join the HR Business Partners Quality team in order to support them on transnational and transversal projects.

This internship will start in January 2017 (subject to some flexibility).

Tasks & accountabilities

Your main activities will be to:

·  Support the team for statistics tracking (headcount/HR Mobility Events/Talent Management)
·  Support transversal projects in the HR Business Partners Quality team such as the ones dedicated to boost talents development in the Quality function, mobility action plan, as well as supporting the different HR standard processes
·  Attend project team meetings in order to get information from stakeholders
·  Participate in the development of optimised ways of working (reporting/ deliverables)
·  Participate in PDCA Management if needed
·  Contribute to the HR Dashboard

Required skills

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:

·  Final year of Master studies in Human Resources, Psychology, or Labour Law
·  Theoretical knowledge of project management
·  High level of MS Excel & PowerPoint (dashboards, presentations)
·  Good skills in using Social Media and digital platforms
·  Experience in stakeholder management and customer-oriented mindset
·  Very organised and autonomous way of working
·  Strong communication skills
·  Team spirit
·  Negotiation level in English, Knowledge of French would be a plus
