Description of the job

Airbus Toulouse is looking for an intern for 4-6-month internship.

The "test instrumentation Component" department is responsible for the data acquisition and recording systems of the flight test installation.
Full acquired measurements are transmitted by Ethernet protocol wired in the aircraft.
To ease sensors installation, Airbus want to use and to study about new transmission technology and about autonomous system.

This internship will start on 1st March 2017 (subject to some flexibility).

Tasks & accountabilities

Your main missions will include:

·  Familiarizing with performances required on Airbus flight test installation (work in laboratory with available and real equipment),
·  Analysing the harvesting state of art and product technology,
·  Evaluating the market of existing Equipment in low power Wireless technology for instrumentation,
·  Testing of the available product in lab.

Required skills

You are in the 2nd year of a master's or the 5th year of engineering school, university or equivalent specialising in Engineering / Test Facilities.

You ideally have an initial experience.

You are a strong team player and have excellent interpersonal skills.

English: advanced level,
French: advanced level.
