Description of the job

Airbus Blagnac is looking for an intern for a 6-month internship.

You will be responsible for contributing to the definition and deployment of the Airframe standard for Digital Control Rooms and implementing a management by exception mindset using that DCR standard.

This internship will start in January, 2017 (subject to some flexibility).

Tasks & accountabilities

Your responsibilities will include:

·  Contributing actively to animate the Airframe communities within our internal Social Network,
·  Actively contributing to the mindset change within the teams,
·  Creating events or communications in order to invigorate the communities and generate energy within.

Required skills

You are in the 1st or 2nd year of a Master's degree or in the 4th or 5th year of a business or management school.

You ideally have initial experience in the domain and you are willing to develop on Business Management and specifically in the visual management using Digital Control Rooms.

You are a good team player and have excellent interpersonal skills.

English: intermediate level
French: Advanced level
