Description of the job

Airbus (Nantes) is looking for an intern for a 5 to 6 month internship.

You will join the PJAT (procurement) teams at the Nantes and Saint-Nazaire sites

This internship will start on 1st September 2016 (subject to some flexibility).

Tasks & accountabilities

Your main tasks will be the following:

·  Ensuring the management of the KAM (Key Account Manager) dashboard, representing General Procurement for the NT site
·  Updating the information and creating relevant indicators: making comparisons with dashboards from other Airbus sites.
·  Looking after procurement: contacting suppliers, updating orders in tools and facilitating client/supplier relations.
·  Participating in calls for tender: client meetings, helping to create work specifications, looking for new markets, beginning the call for tender process
·  Greeting suppliers, analysing offers and decisions relating to calls for tender
·  Looking after contracts: creating product and activity contracts if necessary

Required skills

You are in the second year of your Master's or the final year of Business school and you are specialising in Procurement Management.

Ideally, you have some initial experience in this field.

You have team spirit and excellent interpersonal skills.

English: intermediate level,
French: intermediate level.
